Welcome to the USS Highlander

“Someone once told me that time was a predator that stalked us all our lives. I rather believe that time is a companion who goes with us on the journey and reminds us to cherish every moment, because it will never come again. What we leave behind is not as important as how we've lived...”

One of Starfleet’s greatest Captains said those words not too long ago. At the time, he was bidding farewell to his ship with confidence that there would be another to bear her name. He recognized the gift and the curse that time could be. The crew of the USS Highlander has also discovered this. We have seen the worst that time has to offer and we have seen the best. Our crew grew up in a time of great prosperity and peace, and when we became of age we were thrust into a time of great strife and turmoil. Once again, we have found ourselves in a time of great prosperity and peace but we all know that there are things just on the horizon that can bring these times to an end. Though we know it could come at any moment, we do not dwell on it. Instead, we cherish the time that we have and make the most of it.

What are you doing with your time? Join us and we will teach you how to cherish each moment, how to make the best of any situation. We have a good crew, a sturdy ship and a steady star to sail her by. Join us, sail with us and let us show you what is out there.

The USS Highlander is the proud recipient of Bravo Fleet’s SIMM of the Month award for May of 2006. We have also been honored with the TF86 Simm of the month award twice. Once in January of 2007, and again in May of 2008.

Please forgive the generic look of the website. It is a fully functioning website, the graphics are just not personalized to the ship at the moment.
